Con WTP 2000

Con WTP 2000 is an acrylic acid-acrylic sulfonate-copolymer from our new range of deposition control agents and dispersing agents. It can be used in all aspects of modern, all-organic water treatment applications.

Con WTP 2000 is highly effective in inhibiting deposits and incrustations in either cooling water circuits or boiler applications, especially in the presence of high phosphate or sulfate concentrations.

Con WTP 2000 is completely free of phosphonate- or phosphate-containing groups, thus allowing for the formulation of state-of-the art P-free water treatment formulations.

Compared to other polymeric dispersion inhibitors on the market, Con WTP 2000 exhibits extraordinary high Ca3(PO4)2 and CaSO4 inhibition.

For optimal performance, we recommend formulations together with e.g. Con WTP 1100 or phosphonates like HEDP or HPAA.

Applications

  • Modern cooling water treatment (power plants, chemical industry, metal working...)
  • Solutions for boiler water treatment
  • Process water treatment
  • Deposit control in waste water treatment and SWTP (sewage water treatment plants)
  • Deposit control in autoclaves
  • others
