Potassium sorbate
Biocon PS is a white salt very soluble in water and fully degradable. Biocon PS is effective against yeast, molds and bacteria. Furthermore, Biocon PS is safe, odorless and flavorless. Biocon PS shows its optimum effectiveness when used below pH 6,5.
