We have an exciting opportunity to join our global sales team as:

Customer Service (Representative) | CSR

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Coordinate and process purchase and sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely execution
  • Plan and arrange customer deliveries from available inventory
  • Coordinate warehouse operations and manage ISO tank deliveries in collaboration with logistics partners
  • Prepare and manage customer invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, marketing and organizing trade shows
  • Co-lead and facilitate monthly team meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment on priorities and objectives
  • Compile, analyze, and prepare data and reports for quarterly business reviews with the Sales Manager
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Manager, including the coordination of product samples

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
  • Ideally, experience in the chemical industry and in a sales-related environment
  • Strong customer focus, with excellent decision-making and execution skills
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
  • Enjoys communication and active collaboration with customers and suppliers
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC))
