We have the following position open in our UK Office, Winnington Hall, Northwich

Finance & Accounting  (m/w/d)

Your accountabilities in the role

  • Experience around inventory valuation and incidental acquisition costs
  • Preparatory month-end entries
  • Invoice customers
  • Booking and paying supplier invoices
  • Financial Planning and Cash Flow Forecast
  • P&L and Balance Sheet Reporting to Management
  • Creating Reports for local Management (Sales, Purchase, Costs, Budget)
  • Supporting chartered accountant on monthly and annual work
  • Ensure receivables are collected promptly
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Maintain credit limits
  • Maintain accounting filing system
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

What we appreciate about you

  • Previous B2B company experience highly desired   
  • Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, writing and listening skills
  • Ability to work in an international team across many different cultures
  • Knowledgeable in accounting ERP software – Navision/Microsoft Dynamics desired
  • Proficiency with MS Office required
  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business or accounting discipline
  • Quality orientated
  • Open minded and think outside the box
