Sales Manager Benelux (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities:
- Create sales and grow relationships with existing customers and suppliers
- Identify and develop new customers and opportunities
- Support and implement product launches in new market segments
- Drive business growth and improve the company’s overall market position
- Execute the product / price / volume strategy in cooperation with the Product Manager
- Establish and achieve a defined sales budget
What we like about you:
- Sales experience, customer-focused
- Relationship-builder, communicative, sales-driven, with a ‘close the deal’ mentality
- Analytical, consultative and negotiation skills at multiple levels
- Relevant experience in the chemical and/or processing industry
- International mindset, understanding of cultural differences
- Languages (Dutch & English fluently), French a pre
- Ready to travel and participation at international fairs
- Well versed in MS Office (application software)
