We have an exciting opportunity to join our global sales team as:

Sales Manager Lubricants & CASE

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales of specialty chemicals across the industries our company focuses on, with a particular emphasis on the Lubricants and CASE markets
  • Management and further development of existing customer accounts, as well as acquisition of new business partners
  • Development and maintenance of strategic customer relationships, including support for joint development projects
  • Close collaboration with manufacturers and business partners, including joint customer visits
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs, as well as involvement in market analysis, product launches, and pricing activities

Your Profile:

  • Technical degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a comparable field
  • Proven sales experience in specialty chemicals
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
  • A well-established network across relevant industries
  • Confident presence, customer-focused mindset and willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems, together with a strong interest in market trends and innovations
