It provides great spreadability and has a soft and light after feel that is silky and non-greasy. In hair applications, CitroButter S can be utilized to create a protective barrier to retain moisture and protect against heat, humidity and frizz for a healthier feel and look. It is easily incorporated into formulations, and can be used to enhance viscosity.
CitroButterTM S is inherently biodegradable according to the OECD 301B biodegradability test.
All P2 products are 100% biorenewable, biocompatible, and biodegradable.
All P2 products are sustainably manufactured from naturally-derived feedstocks. They are made to meet the highest standards of the cosmetics and personal care industries. The raw material terpenes are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified pine, and are upcycled via side-stream turpentine from the paper making process.
