Elixi-CARE OE is a multifunctional cosmetic ingredient with bacteriostatic activity and emollient properties. Ideal for rinse-off and leave-on applications with pH up to 12. When used in combination with traditional preservative systems, it can improve the efficacy of the preservative system.
Elixi-CARE OE is a preservative which can be used in cosmetic emulsion systems such as skin care creams and lotions, or in surfactant-based products such as shower gels, facial cleansers, and shampoos.
It can be added to water phase or during the cooling process.
