Preservatives
Elixi-KON CMI is a liquid cosmetic preservative suitable for rinse – off formulations with pH < 8. It is a broadspectrum preservative system, effective at extremely low concentrations and fully effective in anionic, cationic and nonionic systems.
Elixi-KON CMI should be incorporated into the formulation at a temperature lower than 40°C. It is not recommended for products to be applied in mucous membrane.

0.05 % - 0.10 %
Solubility
Soluble in water and in polar organic solvents.
