Elixi-KON DB (Benzyl alcohol, Dehydroacetic acid, Aqua) is a liquid preservative mixture based on nature-identical ingredients which are well-established and globally accepted.
Elixi-KON DB provides a strong broad-spectrum efficacy against gram+ and gram- bacteria as well as yeast and molds.It is gentle to the skin and suitable for use in natural and organic cosmetics within the pH range of 3 to max. 6.5.
Elixi-KON DB (Benzyl alcohol, Dehydroacetic acid, Aqua) can be added at room or elevated temperatures and at any time during the manufacturing process.
Additionally, it is compatible in all types of formulations: anionic, non-ionic, and cationic.

0.2 % – 0.8 %
Solubility
Low solubility in water, Elixi-KON DB is soluble in a wide range of other solvents
