Terms of use for our Euro cup bet
1. Acceptance of the Conditions
By participating in the CC Euro Cup 2021 Bet game of the Connect Chemicals GmbH, the participant explicitly and bindingly accepts the following conditions of participation:
2. Eligibility
The competition is open only to natural persons of full age. Underage persons are excluded from participation. Connect Chemicals GmbH reserves the right to check the age of the participant prior to awarding of the prizes. A payout to underage persons is not possible.
Further excluded from participation are all employees of Connect Chemicals Group worldwide and their respective relatives to the second degree, as well as their partners in a marriage-like relationship, and all persons who are or were engaged in the implementation of the CC Eurocup bet game.
3. Prize notification
The winners will result from the final ranking. In case of a tie, the winner will be selected by lottery. A cash payment equivalent to the prizes' worth is not possible.
4. Legal
All decisions are final and not subject to legal appeal. If in doubt, and in case of disagreement, the game administrator decides to his best knowledge and belief.
5. Compliance
Participants must consider internal company compliance regulations.
6. Written Form / Severability
Changes and / or additions to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective only in writing. The same shall apply to any agreement setting aside the written-form requirement. Should one or more of the above clauses be wholly or partially void, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. In its place comes a correspondingly valid clause. The same applies if there is a loophole.
7. Data protection
By participating, the participant agrees that the Connect Chemicals GmbH stores the personal data required for the duration of the action and uses them exclusively for the determination of the winner and the winning process. The data will not be disclosed to third parties and will be deleted after the end of the competition.
